What flavours are there?
It is available in four flavours in the 800grm tubs - orange, raspberry, pineapple or lemon & lime.
How do I know how much to have?

Each tub has a serving measure (spoon) in it which you mix with 200mls of water & drink up to four serves a day. The above table is what most riders are using.
Can Juniors use it?
Yes several juniors are using it. Dosage is best recommended on body weight, eg: one scoop to 200mls of water for adult (80-100kg) Half a scoop to 200mls of water for a junior (40-60kg)
Who else is using it apart from MX riders?
Cyclists, shearers, forestry workers, courier drivers, tri athletes. Anybody who loses lots of fluid in a day at work or at sport can benefit from Endura
What results can I expect?
Results may vary from person to person. MX riders report dramatic reduction in arm pump to completely curing of arm pump. Other riders say their arm pump is not as bad but recovery time is a lot quicker. It will also fuel the muscles so that the body is not so generally exhausted or sore on the Monday & Tuesday.
Because Endura is high in carbohydrates it will also give you that extra energy you are looking for over the weekend.
How can I trial some?
I am now offering the chance to try all four flavours in one order, four zip lock bags each with three serves of Endura to be mixed with 600mls of water and consumed in a day. Total cost $20 plus post or courier. This will help you decide which flavour to order in a tub either 800grms or 2kg.
Can I mix up more than one serve at a time?
No problem, some riders are mixing up three serves in a 600ml pump style bottle to drink over the day. This can be done at home rather than during the day at the event.
The lemon & Lime flavour is proving so popular that it has just been released in a 2kg tub retailing at $89.50
Postage & packing is $5 for the 800gm tub or $8.50 for a courier bag .

A tub of Endura retails at $48
which contains 32 servings,
which works out at $1.50 per serve.
Over a two day meeting,
costing works out at about $19.50.
